Zoning/Codes
We work closely with our municipal clients in order to serve their specific zoning and UCC needs. Our team performs reviews of zoning applications and plans for conformance to the municipality’s various codes; construction plan reviews, including accessibility, for both residential and commercial clients; construction inspections, from all phases through to the final Certificate of Occupancy; and reviews for municipal zoning and building ordinances to confirm compliance.
