Director of Operations
David (Dave) Kline, has been with ARRO since 2005, bringing close to two decades of experience to his position as Director of Operations for ARRO Water Services.
In this role, Dave manages all field employees and works closely with clients to ensure satisfaction with AWS's services. He also provides consulting and helps troubleshoot operations.
Outside of work, Dave lives in Oriental, PA with his family, where they enjoy camping, kayaking, fishing and boating.

Kevin Dunn
Assistant Director of Operations
Kevin Dunn, a veteran of the industry, was extremely eager to join the team as Assistant Director of Operations and to make a difference in reaching the company's goals. He does this by managing employees in the field, helping them in any capacity needed. He also works with clients to keep water systems in compliance.
Kevin previously spent 26 years working in the municipal world, overseeing collections systems, as well as water and wastewater systems.
He lives in Blandon, PA with his family, who all love to travel and are self-proclaimed Disney fanatics.
