Michael J. Bingham, P.E. has 11 years of civil engineering experience including site grading, land development, stormwater management, pipe network analysis, NPDES permitting, erosion and sediment control design and permitting, guide rail design, roadway design, preparing construction cost opinions, feasibility studies, structural design, MS4 permitting, and zoning enforcement.
Michael serves as the project manager/client representative for several municipalities in Pennsylvania including the Boroughs of Parkesburg and East Petersburg and the Townships of West Fallowfield and Londonderry. He is responsible for review of subdivision and land development plans, recommendations regarding drainage problems, preparation of plans and specifications for public improvement projects, construction observation services for sanitary sewers, storm sewers, water lines, roadway, curb, sidewalk, and handicapped ramps. He regularly provides services including public presentations, meeting attendance, subdivision/land development plan review, zoning review, and roadway, storm drain, culvert, and curb and sidewalk design.
Michael received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) from Clemson University and currently holds a Professional Engineering license in three states (PA, MD, and NJ). In 2019, Michael was awarded Central Penn Business Journal’s Forty under 40 award for his professional accomplishments and work within the community. Michael is a graduating member of Leadership Lancaster’s 2017 Core Class.
