We’re thrilled to welcome Heather Montgomery as our Chief Financial Officer. This highly analytic and driven senior-level professional brings us close to two decades of progressive management and accounting experience.
Heather has a proven track record for growing revenues, driving greater efficiencies, developing processes, and implementing change. Previously, as CFO of a neighboring engineering firm, she championed the implementation of new technology to provide better visibility, and drive efficiency improvements.
Previous to that, while CFO/COO (and ultimately CEO) of Airframes Alaska, LLC, Heather grew the company by 899% over seven years through several mergers and acquisitions, the development of new product lines, and the improvement of sales and marketing methods. This success earned them placement on the Inc. 5000 list three times.
Heather graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Alaska Southeast with a BBA in Accounting. She obtained her first C-level role at age 31, and was featured in a CNN Money article about female C-level executives in male-dominated industries.
Outside of work, she serves on the board of directors for LifePath Ministries, which provides housing and support to the homeless population of York, PA.
