Casey LaLonde is a seasoned executive with demonstrated experience and success in operations and administration in all aspects of local government, in varying sized municipalities ranging from urban boroughs to large suburban townships. Casey has 22 years of experience in government, budgeting and finance, planning and zoning, law enforcement oversight, and emergency management. Casey has a strong background in budgeting and finance, labor relations, personnel management, and communications.
Casey has served as a member or Chair of several municipal, civic, and public service organizations during his career, including the Chester County Tax Collection Committee, the West Chester Pike Coalition, the ChesCoNet Board of Directors, the Chester County Consortium of Managers, the Chester County Pipeline Safety Advisory Board, the International City/County Management Association (ICMA), Vistage Worldwide, and is a member of the Public Administration honor society Pi Alpha Alpha.
Casey is available to organizations to assist with management issues, conduct organizational assessments, provide assistance with budgeting, finance, pension plan recommendations, public relations, and other services as needed.
Casey received a B.A. in Political Science with a History Minor from Penn State University and a Master of Public Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University.
